Found asbestos? You're not alone. Most homes built in Sydney before 1990 contain bonded asbestos somewhere. The good news is bonded asbestos, when handled by a licensed crew, is straightforward to remove safely. We do it every week.
ANA Demolition is fully licensed to remove and dispose of bonded asbestos sheeting in accordance with WHS Regulations 2011 and NSW EPA standards. We bring full PPE, decontamination procedures, sealed transport and approved disposal sites. The job's documented end to end so you have proof everything was done right.

It is important to choose an asbestos removal company with the right licensing for the job:
Permits the contractor to remove friable asbestos, which is the most dangerous type. Friable asbestos is dry and crumbly and releases fibres easily.
Allows for the removal of bonded asbestos only, which is more common in domestic settings. Bonded asbestos is mixed with cement and stays solid unless cut, drilled or broken. The ANA Demolition team is fully licensed for Class B removal.
Sometimes asbestos has been disturbed and ended up in the soil. We're equipped to handle asbestos-contaminated soil too, with testing, controlled excavation and disposal. See our Site Remediation page for more.
