Baulkham Hills sits at the centre of The Hills District. The area is mostly established family homes on quarter-acre blocks built between the 1970s and 1990s, with knock-down rebuilds the dominant demolition driver. We work right across Baulkham Hills and into Bella Vista, Norwest, Winston Hills and West Pennant Hills.

Most Baulkham Hills knock-downs are straightforward jobs. Wider blocks, established driveways and decent access let us bring in larger excavators and tipper semi-trailers, which speeds the job up and keeps costs down. The original 1970s suburban housing stock from the area's first development boom is full of bonded asbestos: eaves, downpipes, fences, outbuilding roofs and meter boards. We Class B remove it all on every job.

Norwest is a different proposition. The newer Norwest Business Park sits inside the LGA, and we occasionally run small commercial demolitions, retail strip-outs and fit-out clearances there. Same crew, larger gear. The cul-de-sac streets in the older Baulkham Hills estates (around Excelsior Avenue and Old Northern Road) can be tight, but we work them regularly with appropriately sized machines.

The Hills Shire Council CDC process is well-understood. Our team has lodged hundreds of applications and we manage every one free of charge as part of the demolition quote.
