Domestic Demolition.
No job too small.

Granny flats. Garages. Sheds. Pools. Slabs. Carports. The smaller jobs done right, by the same crew that levels the big ones.

01 DOMESTIC DEMOLITION

From granny flat
to in-ground pool.

Not every job is a full knock-down rebuild. Plenty of Sydney homeowners just need an outbuilding gone, a swimming pool filled, or a slab pulled up so they can extend the garden. ANA handles all of it, with the same equipment and the same insurance as our big jobs.

No project is too big or too small for ANA Demolition. If a small operator quoted high because they had to hire equipment, ring us. We own the fleet, so we can quote keenly on jobs the cowboys overcomplicate.

What we knock down

LOADED AND GONE / SAME DAY LOADED AND GONE / SAME DAY

Always included in the quote

The same all-inclusive pricing applies to small jobs. You pay one price that covers labour, equipment, hazardous waste handling, disposal fees and clean-up. No itemised surprises at the end of the job.

Asbestos on smaller jobs

Old garden sheds and garages often contain bonded asbestos sheeting in their roofs and walls. We handle it the same way we handle full house removals: Class B licensed, sealed and removed first, certificated when done.

Full compliance with all state and local demolition regulations

We start every demolition by filing the necessary paperwork to ensure full compliance with all state and local council codes. We obtain a Development Application or CDC on your behalf and secure all NATA accredited clearance certificates. We are also fully licensed and insured to remove any hazardous materials, such as asbestos, we may find in your home, and to dispose of them properly and safely. Receipts prove that waste has been disposed of in a manner that meets the Development Application conditions and Environmental Protection Authority regulations.

Responsible disposal, responsible neighbours

The need to conserve the environment is on everyone's mind these days. In support of this, we practice responsible waste disposal and recycle as much material as possible. We also value the health and safety of the people living around you. We keep dust and dirt to an absolute minimum and clean the job site thoroughly as our final task on the demolition before we leave. Homeowners can become overwhelmed by a number of different sub-contractors invading their neighbourhood. By providing you with a central point of contact, we put a friendly face to the demolition and a person who you can talk to about any concerns.

03 FAQ

Domestic demolition.
Got questions?

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Ring the office on 02 9620 5198.

Do I need approval to demolish my house?
Yes, approval is required via a DA or CDC. We can manage this process for you. CDC approval is included free with every demolition we quote.
How long does demolition take?
Typically 5 to 10 working days depending on site conditions and asbestos. Smaller domestic jobs like a single garage or shed often take just 1 to 2 days on site.
Do you disconnect utilities?
Yes, all required services are disconnected prior to demolition. We coordinate directly with the utility providers.
Will the site be ready to build on?
Yes, we clear and level the site ready for construction. Voids are filled, ground compacted, and clean fill brought in where needed.
Can you handle tight access sites?
Yes. Confined residential areas, narrow side accesses and battle-axe blocks are bread and butter for us. We have the right size machines for the job.
