Castle Hill is the centre of The Hills District demolition market. We see a steady stream of late-1970s and 1980s family homes being cleared for new contemporary builds. We work right across Castle Hill, through to West Pennant Hills, Glenhaven, Dural and Kellyville.

The arrival of the Sydney Metro Northwest in 2019 changed property values across the Hills, and demolition demand has tracked the increase in land value. The typical Castle Hill job is a four-bedroom brick veneer with concrete tile roof on a 700 to 900 square metre block, usually built between 1975 and 1990. Bonded asbestos is almost always present in the eaves, the meter board and the garage roof, sometimes in the vinyl flooring backings as well.

The Showground and Old Northern Road area is different. It still has heritage-leaning properties from the area's pre-suburban farming days, with some heritage overlays restricting demolition. We assess heritage status at the free site visit and confirm what is possible before quoting.
