What is the difference between demolition and remediation?
Demolition removes structures, while remediation addresses contamination and prepares the land for safe use. Many sites need both. We can quote and run the two together as a single job.
Do you handle asbestos-contaminated soil?
Yes, we are licensed to safely remove and dispose of asbestos-contaminated soil. The work is carried out under Class B asbestos licensing and EPA waste tracking.
Is remediation required for all sites?
Only where contamination is identified. It is critical for compliance, and councils will normally require evidence of remediation before issuing occupation certificates on contaminated sites.
Can remediation delay my project?
If required, it must be completed first. However, we streamline the process to minimise delays. Where possible we overlap remediation with demolition or other site prep activities.
Do you work with builders and engineers?
Yes. We coordinate with all stakeholders, including your builder, engineer, environmental consultant and council, to ensure the site meets construction requirements when handed over.
