Liverpool City Council covers a large slice of south-west Sydney, from the Liverpool CBD out through Casula, Moorebank, Chipping Norton, Prestons, Hammondville and Wattle Grove. We work the whole LGA: residential knock-downs, commercial strip-outs, industrial yard clearances and full site remediation.

Liverpool has heavy industrial heritage, particularly along the Georges River corridor and the rail corridor through Casula and Liverpool. That means contaminated soil and hazardous building materials show up regularly on old commercial sites and former industrial blocks. We have EPA-approved disposal arrangements, waste tracking documentation and the experience to handle contamination as part of the demolition.

Residential Liverpool is mostly older fibro and brick veneer, with the 1950s and 60s ex-Housing Commission stock heavy through Cartwright, Sadleir, Miller and parts of Heckenberg. Bonded asbestos is the norm in these homes: eaves, wall sheeting, kitchen and laundry wet areas, outbuilding roofs. We Class B remove on every job.
