Most pre-1990 houses contain bonded asbestos somewhere. Roof sheeting, eaves, internal linings, vinyl flooring. We're Class B licensed and remove it as the first stage of the demolition under strict WHS protocols. The asbestos is cleared, certified and gone before the excavator starts on the structure.
Tight access and special sites
Inner-west terraces. Hills District battle-axe blocks. Difficult driveways and overhead powerlines. We've worked them all. Our smaller excavators and experienced operators can get into spaces other crews walk away from.
