Seven Hills is ANA's home depot. Every excavator, tipper truck and crew member starts the day here, which makes Seven Hills jobs essentially next-door work. We have completed dozens of jobs across Seven Hills proper, Lalor Park, Kings Langley, and the adjoining streets of Toongabbie, Pendle Hill and Old Toongabbie.

The residential side of Seven Hills is post-war brick veneer and fibro from the 1950s and 60s, almost all of which contains some bonded asbestos. Streets through North Seven Hills and around Best Road have the highest asbestos rates in our experience. The industrial side, off Prospect Highway, Mountview Avenue and along the M2 corridor, is where we handle warehouse demolitions, factory clearances and yard remediation. Same crew, different gear.
